Rice Terraces & the Milky Way

Before sunrise we're at the Mancingan Rice Terraces, mist rising over the paddies as the sky turns pink. An optional astrophotography theory session after breakfast arms you with everything you need for tonight. After a Luwak coffee tasting at a local plantation, we head to the highlands — and once the stars come out over the Black Lava fields of Mt Batur, it all clicks into place.

Fog, Lakes & Sacred Shores

Wake to one of Bali's most spellbinding mornings — fog rolling through Pinggan Village at dawn, the kind of light you can't manufacture. A relaxed optional photo review over coffee before we move to the misty shores of Lake Tamblingan. Our second Balinese dancer shoot unfolds here, framed by the ancient Pura Ulun Danu temple and still water, with an optional night photography session under the stars.

Waterfalls, Light & Free Time

An unhurried morning by the lake before we venture into the jungle to photograph Banyu Mana Waterfall — this time with a model, bringing a human element to the raw power of the falls. Long-exposure work, creative composition, and the constant soundtrack of rushing water. The afternoon is yours, with an optional editing session to start shaping the week's best frames before a golden-hour sunset stroll.

Temples, Terraces & Tanah Lot

A pre-dawn start for Ulun Danu Beratan — Bali's floating temple, its tiered pagodas rising through morning mist in a scene that never gets old. The UNESCO-listed Jatiluwih Rice Terraces follow, sweeping emerald landscapes tailor-made for drone work and wide glass, with optional trekking trails through the paddies. The day peaks at Tanah Lot, where Bali's most legendary sea temple meets the crashing surf at the exact moment the light turns gold.

Uluwatu & Farewell by the Sea

The final full day starts at sunrise in a local market — the perfect canvas for street photography and unposed life. We check out and make our way south to Uluwatu, where the clifftop Kecak fire dance at sunset is one of Bali's most extraordinary spectacles to witness and photograph. The tour ends the only way it should — barefoot, on the sand at Jimbaran Bay, with seafood and sea breeze.
